I am a mother of two children and one with disabilities. When my son was diagnosed, it turned our lives upside down and into a world that we didn’t know existed. While getting the help my son needed, I was neglecting myself. I was physically, emotionally and mentally drained but I knew treading water and barely getting by wasn’t enough.

I relied on my no-nonsense way of “figuring things” out to create a roadmap that allowed me to take control of my life with a renewed sense of hope, energy and possibility.
